Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the PhiliSpa mobile application (the "Service") operated by DBandSolution ("us", "we", or "our").
- User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
Our Service allows users to send messages and upload images ("Content"). By using the Service, you agree to the following strict guidelines regarding User-Generated Content:
- No Objectionable Content: You may not post content that is illegal, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inapproperiate.
- Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any user found violating these terms will be immediately banned, and the content will be removed.
- Reporting and Blocking: Users can report inappropriate content and block abusive users directly within the app. We monitor these reports and take action within 24 hours.
- Your Account
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
- Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PhiliSpa, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

1. 사용자 생성 콘텐츠 (UGC) 정책
본 서비스는 사용자가 메시지를 보내고 이미지를 업로드할 수 있는 기능("콘텐츠")을 제공합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 귀하는 사용자 생성 콘텐츠와 관련한 다음의 엄격한 가이드라인에 동의하게 됩니다.
- 부적절한 콘텐츠 금지: 불법, 공격적, 불쾌감을 주는 내용, 혐오 유발, 협박, 명예훼손, 음란물 또는 기타 부적절한 콘텐츠를 게시할 수 없습니다.
- 무관용 원칙 (Zero Tolerance): 회사는 부적절한 콘텐츠 및 남용 사용자에 대해 '무관용 원칙'을 적용합니다. 본 약관을 위반한 것으로 확인된 사용자는 즉시 차단(Ban)되며, 해당 콘텐츠는 삭제됩니다.
- 신고 및 차단 기능: 사용자는 앱 내에서 부적절한 콘텐츠를 신고하거나 악성 사용자를 직접 차단할 수 있습니다. 회사는 이러한 신고를 모니터링하며, 24시간 이내에 조치를 취합니다.
